Our Commitment to Safe Performances - UPDATED 11/11/2021

*All policies are subject to change

This season, we are excited to welcome audiences back to the theater to enjoy the power and beauty of a live Ballet Arkansas performance. In light of the ever-changing variables facing our community, we've chosen to update our Health and Safety Policies to provide an enjoyable and safe environment for our patrons and performers. In crafting these policies, we consulted extensively with experts in medicine, public health, and venue management, and we continue to evaluate the most up to date information at every turn. We can't predict the future, but we'll do our best to provide every member of our audience with a world-class experience, and as things evolve, we'll stay in step with conditions in our city in state. We appreciate your patience as we navigate new terrain and continue to produce powerful programming that uplifts and inspires communities across Arkansas.

For performances of "The Nutcracker Spectacular" and the "Nutty Nutcracker," and the "Nutcracker Tea" event, patrons over the age of 12 shall be required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test (completed within 72 hours of the performance date) or proof of vaccination. Patrons ages 12 and under shall not be required to present proof of a negative COVID -19 test, or proof of vaccination. Patrons in this age group need only wear a mask. In compliance with government and venue directives, face masks shall be required for all patrons at all times inside the Robinson Center, unless while consuming food or beverage in designated areas. Patrons who are feeling unwell or who may have been exposed to persons with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19, are asked to refrain from attending their scheduled performance, and to contact the box office for help with their ticket order. If you are unable to join us, we'll understand and are here to assist you.
