ADULT CLASSES
Enrolling in ballet as an adult offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Ballet enhances flexibility, strength, and posture while promoting graceful movement and coordination. Beyond the physical aspect, it also provides a creative outlet and stress relief, boosting mental well-being.
"Engaging in dance as an adult can have remarkable health benefits. It promotes cardiovascular fitness, enhances flexibility, improves balance and coordination, and helps maintain a healthy weight. Beyond the physical advantages, dance also offers valuable mental benefits, such as reducing stress and anxiety, boosting cognitive function, and enhancing mood and emotional well-being. Moreover, the social aspect of adult dance classes fosters a sense of community and connection, which contributes to overall happiness and life satisfaction." - Dr. Sarah Johnson, MD, Board-Certified Physician in Sports Medicine.
The Ballet Arkansas School for Dances offers classes for all abilities on a flexible schedule because we understand the complexities of balancing life and "me time!" Additionally, Ballet Arkansas encourages parents of enrolled students to embrace the joy of ballet alongside their children. As an incentive, parents who enroll in ballet classes will receive a discount on their tuition!
TESTIMONIALS
"Until I signed up for classes at BA, I'd never taken a dance class. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous! The staff was attentive and encouraging, and classes progressed at a level that I could keep up with. Today, I feel better, am in better shape, and can't wait for each week's class."
"Aldrin is a phenomenal teacher. He really helped me to grasp the very basics. I'm obviously a newbie, and he's been a huge help."
