JOIN THE BALLET ARKANSAS GUILD

Are you passionate about the arts and interested in playing a meaningful role in the continued growth of Ballet Arkansas? The Ballet Arkansas Guild, also known as Friends of the Ballet, is a dedicated community of volunteers and advocates whose service strengthens the organization both onstage and throughout the community.

The Guild provides essential support for the full scope of Ballet Arkansas’s mission, from its professional company, ranked among the 75 largest ballet companies in the nation among more than 800 organizations, to the School for Dance and Ballet Arkansas’s extensive education, outreach, and community programs. Through volunteer service, philanthropy, and advocacy, Guild members help ensure that professional dance and high-quality dance education remain accessible, visible, and vibrant across Central Arkansas.

Guild members contribute in many ways throughout the season, including supporting performances and backstage activities, assisting with costumes and production needs, welcoming audiences, supporting fundraising initiatives, and helping execute special events and community activities. The Guild also plans and produces at least one fundraising or donor-appreciation event each season, providing important financial and community-building support for Ballet Arkansas.

Membership is also an opportunity to become more closely connected to the organization and the artists, students, educators, and community members it serves. Members receive benefits including discounted tickets, invitations to select open rehearsals, and priority access to volunteer opportunities while becoming part of a network committed to advancing Ballet Arkansas and the cultural life of our state.

Your involvement makes the work possible. Whether lending your time, expertise, connections, or philanthropic support, participation in the Guild directly contributes to the strength of the professional company, the development of the next generation through the School for Dance, and Ballet Arkansas’s ability to serve communities throughout the region.
