At this time, mask wearing is recommended but not required when in attendance at Ballet Arkansas's 22|23 Season performances and events. Ballet Arkansas regularly consults with authorities in public health and government when determining its patron policies. Should updates be made to the organization's health and safety policies at a later date, patrons will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Additional information may be found online on this page. Patrons who are feeling unwell or who may have been exposed to persons with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19, are asked to refrain from attending their scheduled performance/event, and to contact the box office for help with their ticket order. If you are unable to join us, we'll understand and are here to assist you.

Additional Measures for your Safety & Comfort 

  • Enhanced Air Circulation - Robinson Center has installed HVAC ionization systems throughout concert areas, which provide a 99.4% reduction of COVID-19 aerosols within 30 minutes. UA-PTC CHARTS has updated its ventilation to include Hepa filters.

  • E-ticket verification and check in - Patrons may select to receive a digital ticket in lieu of a physical ticket for contactless check in at all Ballet Arkansas performances.

  • Hand Sanitizing Stations - Patrons will have access to hand sanitizing stations, located conveniently throughout performance facilities.

  • Disinfecting of high-traffic areas - You'll enjoy piece of mind in knowing that high-contact areas are frequently disinfected and auditorium seats are thoroughly cleaned between each performance. 

  • Reduced concessions and designated consumption areas - The consumption of food and beverage will be limited to designated areas within performance facilities - when available - and congestion in these areas will be monitored.

  • Facility Mapping - Prior to their arrival, patrons will be provided with easy-to-understand directions or a map of the performance facility, including restrooms and exits nearest their seating assignments. Patrons will be encouraged to use the exits and restrooms nearest their seating assignments to reduce congestion in entryways and restrooms. 

  • Digital Viewing - Enjoy a live performance from the comfort of your home. All productions of the 21|22 season are available for digital purchase. Send inquiries to tickets@balletarkansas.org

  • Expedited Check In - Patrons may present proof of vaccination at Ballet Arkansas at assigned times in advance of performances, to add their names to a list to expedite their check-in at future events. 

Ticket Policies​

  • TutuTix will manage the sale of tickets for all performances at CHARTS. Contact (855)222-2849 Option 5 to purchase tickets by phone.

  • Flexible Exchanges - If you are no longer able to attend a Ballet Arkansas production, email tickets@balletarkansas.org to discuss exchange/digital options, no later than 24 hours before the performance. If you need to exchange tickets for another performance, call Tututix at (855)222-2849 or (435)222-2849 Option 5 to discuss exchange options. Exchange fees may apply.

  • All tickets are non-refundable, except in event cancellation.
